Just a note to thank you for responding so quickly and resolving my computer issues. I was receiving thousands of emails on some type of “loop” that Comcast IT could not resolve. Comcast finally said it must be the router and to purchase a new one. Thanks to you – the router never left the box. What Comcast could not identify in 7 hours you corrected in 1 hour.
