I was feeling really frustrated because my Apple iMac crashed and it’s not even 3 years old. The Apple dealer told me it would be $200 + $85 labor to install a new hard drive and, if I was interested in trying to recover the data, I’d have to take the computer to Eden Prairie (data recovery company) first before they’d be able to swap out the hard drive.

I found Truong using Google and he was AMAZING! He’s so nice & polite and really explains things well. He was able to install a new hard drive, an external hard drive (both with twice the memory of the old one), the newest operating system software and some necessary programs—for about the same price as what Apple would charge for the hard drive ALONE. His price also included his labor and travel fees.
