I had trouble with my computer this winter, in that my CD drive stopped working when I fell off my bicycle last summer and landed on my laptop (!) Truong Nguyen, aka The IT Sage, helped me out in a wonderfully personal way. He actually drove through the cold, snowy weather and came to my home and to replace my CD drive, all for a fraction of the Mac store in Roseville quoted. Truong was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with.

There are only a few things in life that work really well (e.g. Macs, Tivo, Snap-On Tools), and now I can add the IT Sage to the list! Like he did with me, he's also willing to let you buy the part, which means that the parts cost is a fraction of what it would be if you went to the manufacturer.
