5 STARS! Truong deserves serious consideration for any work needed on computers that still have a 'life.' After being told I should junk our family ibook by another computer guy, I persevered in searching for reasonable repair/replacement of the hard drive.

The Guy was IT! I write this recommendation on our i-book as it sits on my lap and am grateful for the honest and professional service Truong provided. He saved us $ and allowed the 3R's--this computer won't be placed in a landfill for years to come! Go IT Sage! :-)
