Truong was exactly what I was looking for in a repair service. I can't stress the service portion enough. He is fast and responsive with his communication, he provided me several options as to what he could provide for my Apple products, and he gave me upfront quotes for the job.When bringing my Mac to Truong, he actually discovered a systemic issue with the product (sad day) but he provided me with options, and ultimately gave me the best solution to fit my needs.I will be going back to Truong for future repairs & service based on the experience I had.
