Truong is fantastic! After spilling tea on my 3 year old mac book pro my computer stopped charging and a key was not working. I went to Apple and they said it would cost $1,300!!!! I found Truong on-line and in less than a week, he had my computer working better than ever for one quarter of the cost that Apple had quoted me. I can’t stress enough how trustworthy he is. After spilling water on my macbook pro I brought it to Truong. He took care of the water that got behind my screen and cleaned out any residue inside and checked for further damage. I didn’t meet Truong himself but his service was excellent. He was quick to reply via email and set up a time to look at my Macbook with 24 hours. The price and time for the repairs was completely reasonable and totally different and far less what the Apple Store told me. He even cleaned my Mac and fixed the rubber feet for free! If you have a problem with an Apple computer that the Genius Bar wants to charge you to fix it, I seriously recommend coming to The IT Sage and getting a second opinion.

Truong is great! Super knowledgeable, totally trusted him to give me honest assessment of repairs needed, cost, and any risk. Price quoted up front did not change a penny from end charge. I had spilled coffee on my 2012 macbook air. Some of the keys weren’t working- not just stuck. Totally not working. Truong is great to work with. He diagnosed my “struggling” hard drive and swollen battery very quickly. When I got my Macbook back it had an issue where it would get very slow once on battery power. Had to take it back to him, but within a day and at no extra charge he now has it working great! He’s very quick to respond to emails and very friendly to deal with.

Truong was exactly what I was looking for in a repair service. I can’t stress the service portion enough. He is fast and responsive with his communication, he provided me several options as to what he could provide for my Apple products, and he gave me upfront quotes for the job. What a relief to work with someone who actually KNEW how to solve my backup to my Apple Time machine challenge. Truong’s work saved my work! He was “on-time” and incredibly effective. I highly recommend his work.

My 5 year old MacBook Pro’s hard drive died rather abruptly on a Thursday evening, and I had resigned myself to not getting anything solved until at least the middle of the next week.

When I contacted Truong on Friday morning, he offered to take it that evening, and I had it back with a completely new hard drive and all my data transferred by Sunday afternoon.

His prices are very reasonable, his work is outstanding, and I will certainly be contacting him again in the future for all our Apple products’ needs.
