I took my MacBook Pro with a shattered display to Truong and 24 hours later I have my computer back and it looks practically brand new. The price was unbelievably reasonable and he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend The IT Sage to anyone having any issues with their computer.

I usually don’t write my experiences online, but I had to share my experience with Truong. One word. AMAZING!

I contacted him on a Friday night desperate for help with my MacBook Pro that is 5 years old. He responded the next morning and said he could meet with me that afternoon. After discussing my issues with it, he said it sounded like the hard drive. He was able to run a few tests and determined that was so.

He installed a new hard drive, updated my Mac to latest version and gave me more storage. He contacted me throughout the whole process and was super nice and friendly. The best part was that I could pick it up in less than a day and his prices were extremely reasonable! I cannot thank him enough for his amazing work and customer service. Truong was outstanding. I needed to have a problem with my Mac identified and fixed. Truong found the problem and provided the most efficient and cost effective solution that he could. This will be my “go to” spot for Mac repair.

Truong does great work, does it quickly, does it over the weekend if needed, does it pleasantly. And he does more than he is asked to do at no extra price.

Oh, and his prices are very reasonable. He really provides remarkable service and I would recommend him without a second’s hesitation. I crashed the hard drive on an older Mac and he took it on Saturday morning and finished it by that afternoon, restoration and all.

Brought my almost 7 year old macbook in to have it looked at and he replaced my hard drive and added more GB very quickly and was great about communicating the issues to me. Would recommend him to any mac user!
