I had been having some issues with WiFi and Blutooth connectivity on my 13-inch Macbook Pro (2011) for about a month. I took it to Geek Squad, and they said they couldn’t fix it. I took it to the Apple Store, and their wait time was over 2 hours just to look at the computer (not to mention their price quote was nearly $300 to fix the issue).

So instead, I looked up “mac and computer repair online.” I saw Truong’s success rate and decided to call him up. Truong was able to meet with me the next day. He replaced my WiFi/Blutooth card without any hassle – within 15 minutes – and at a much lower cost than the Apple Store quoted.

My Mac Mini went belly up last week and I was desperate to find a small independent IT shop to fix my problem in short order. I found IT Sage on Yelp. After reading several positive reviews I sent a message to Truong. He responded within a few hours after providing him a detailed description of my problem. I have brought my MacBook Pro to Truong twice. The first time was for a thorough clean. I dropped it off and he was done with it quick and the price was reasonable. My computer came back super clean and happy. The second time, I had left it overnight in very cold weather and my battery died. After nearly five years, it was to be expected. My salad exploded in my bag and the dressing leaked into the corners of my macbook (the side where the logic board is). It worked fine after I cleaned it up but then I proceeded to plug in the charger for the night and the next morning it stopped working.
