iMac RAM Upgrade and Mac OS X Update

I arranged an appointment with The IT Sage. No hassle to get to location and no problem parking. I had an old IMac that needed a compete over haul. Not only was the IT Sage thorough in their work and quote, they kept me informed about my computer, the update, and my options. It was done in just a couple of days and was so very reasonably priced. Did I say reasonable, I mean VERY reasonable. I now have a virtually new apple computer and I am so pleased.Thanks so much. I will be bringing my Mac Probook over sometime in the future and when my son finishes college, I now know a place I can take his if he needs work done. The IT Sage did not talk tech mumbo jumbo to me, and was not tech condescending nor did he try and sell me something I didn't need. He was very helpful in explaining in lay terms options for me and what was going on with my iMac. I couldn't have asked for much more. (The dog Max, is a real charmer too!!!) Thanks Truong!
