Truong got me up and running with a new hard drive in my Mac Pro in just a couple days! I was really impressed with his knowledge. He took care of getting the hard drive, installing it and also getting OS X software reinstalled so that I was all up and running when I got my computer back. had almost given up trying to fix my Apple computer. The wireless system just didn’t work, no matter what adapter I used. Truong is the only of three computer guys that took the time to determine the original wireless adapter worked fine; it was the computer’s software that had a problem. I was feeling really frustrated because my Apple iMac crashed and it’s not even 3 years old. The Apple dealer told me it would be $200 + $85 labor to install a new hard drive and, if I was interested in trying to recover the data, I’d have to take the computer to Eden Prairie (data recovery company) first before they’d be able to swap out the hard drive.
