I usually don't write my experiences online, but I had to share my experience with Truong. One word. AMAZING!I contacted him on a Friday night desperate for help with my MacBook Pro that is 5 years old. He responded the next morning and said he could meet with me that afternoon. After discussing my issues with it, he said it sounded like the hard drive. He was able to run a few tests and determined that was so.He installed a new hard drive, updated my Mac to latest version and gave me more storage. He contacted me throughout the whole process and was super nice and friendly. The best part was that I could pick it up in less than a day and his prices were extremely reasonable! I cannot thank him enough for his amazing work and customer service. It now looks like I have a brand new, reliable computer! Thanks Truong!
