I didn't meet Truong himself but his service was excellent. He was quick to reply via email and set up a time to look at my Macbook with 24 hours. The price and time for the repairs was completely reasonable and totally different and far less what the Apple Store told me.He even cleaned my Mac and fixed the rubber feet for free! If you have a problem with an Apple computer that the Genius Bar wants to charge you to fix it, I seriously recommend coming to The IT Sage and getting a second opinion.
