Three words – Truong is amazing. He is the exact opposite of this day and age’s “Overpriced and Poor Service” mentality. My 5 year old MacBook Pro was on it’s way out due to a failing hard drive and I wanted it replaced and formatted as it was since I didn’t want to start from scratch by having to reinstall everything – or worse yet purchase a new computer.
